When you call a business using our service:

• Your phone number (from caller ID)
• Date and time of your call
• SMS message content during conversations
• Information you voluntarily share (name, service needs, scheduling preferences)

• Information you submit through contact forms

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send follow-up SMS messages after missed calls
• To facilitate AI-powered conversations about the business's services
• To help schedule appointments on behalf of the business
• To notify the business owner of qualified leads
• To comply with legal obligations (TCPA record-keeping)

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with the specific business you called and with service providers necessary to operate our platform (Twilio for SMS delivery, Google Calendar for appointment booking). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with any business other than the one you contacted.

5. SMS Messaging & Opt-Out

You will only receive SMS messages from us after you call a business that uses our service and your call goes unanswered. Every message includes opt-out instructions. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Other recognized opt-out keywords include: QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and OPT-OUT. Opt-out requests are processed immediately. We do not send messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Data Retention

SMS records are retained for five (5) years as required by TCPA and Telephone Sales Rule regulations. Opt-out records are retained for ten (10) years to ensure continued compliance. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud hosting, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
